The institution has standard procedures and policies for maintaining and utilizing physical, academic and support facilities. The institution does not allocate a separate budget for maintenance of academic and support facilities. However, maintenance is   performed on need-based. Building Committee looks after the maintenance, upkeep and enhancement of infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Daily sweeping of classrooms, offices, library, laboratory, lawn, garden etcare done by the support staff. Cleaning of the classrooms is done by the students on rotation under the supervision of Health, Sanitation & Cleanliness Committee. Class representatives are directed to make necessary arrangement. The night security staff is on duty at night in the campus to ensure the safety and security of all the buildings and infrastructure.  CCTV surveillance camera is installed at various locations for safeguarding the college premises.  25KVA diesel power generator is installed to ensure uninterrupted power supply. The Management and teaching faculty ensure the proper and optimal use of water and of electric power by teaching the students to turn off the light, fan, computers, water etc. when not in use.  The library is fully automated; catalogue and circulation are automated. Development and upgradation of the library is under the charge of Library Committee. The Management ensures that badminton court, basketball court, volleyball court, gymnasium/yoga centre, students’ TT Board, Faculty TT Board and other sports infrastructure are put to use by staff and students to the maximum. Sport & Cultural Committee and Students’ Union leaders ensure that these sports facilities and equipment are properly maintained. The department of Computer Science takes care of computer lab which is available to staff and students. LAN and WIFI facilities and the official website are maintained by ICT Committee. Science laboratory is taken care of by the faculty of concerned department. Requirement for new equipment and maintenance of laboratory is reported and submitted to the Management by the head of department as and when required.
